One of the key focuses in Acting Level 2 is making the acting invisible.

We work with real voice, natural conversation, and authentic human behaviour. The goal is to recognise “actorly” habits and replace them with truthful, relatable responses.

As Shakespeare said in Hamlet, to “hold as ’twere the mirror up to nature,” we aim to remove as much of the acting as possible, so we can truly experience the scene rather than perform it.

This approach is especially suited to film, where authenticity and spontaneity are crucial. While it is still acting, releasing these habits allows the scene to flow naturally through you, reconnecting with the playful, imaginative freedom of childhood make-believe.
